  The treatment of pigmented skin ,using laser-blasting effect ,the laser energy at the instant of time to effectively penetrate the high concentration of epidermis ,dermis layer of the pigment to reach groups , being the corresponding pigment absorption ,the laser very short duration of action (only a few ns)high energy (energy per pulse up to 500mj),pigment group absorbed in an instant after the high-energy laser rapid expansion and rupture  into tiny particles ,these small particles are the body’s macrophages in vitro after the exclusion ,pigment gradually fades and finally disappears for irradiation dilation of blood vessels , so blood vessels in hemoglobin absorbs laser energy ,after coagulation , necrosis ,and gradually fall off , for therapeutic purposes.

  ◆Step One: Shave hairs Use the one-off hair removal knife to shave all the hairs on the treatment part so that the laser energy can pull off the hair by roots in the point of treatment.

  ◆Step Two: Apply cooling gel The cooling gel has the effect of cooling and refreshing. Apply them on the treatment part with the purpose of protecting the skin, which lower the discomfort feeling to the least during treatment.

  ◆Step Three: Do the hair removal treatment According to the selected energy, vertically slide the treating head closely on the skin with proper speed. Low energy setting with slow sliding while high energy setting with fast sliding.

  ◆Step Four: Cleaning Slightly scrape off cooling gel and clean with water. Then moisture the skin at once and apply some sun block. Within a week after treatment, don’t use Alkaline skin care products such as perfumed soaps while bathing.

  Side effects were recorded immediately after treatment such as pain, itching, burning, erythema, and swelling. The patient was also asked about side effect from previous treatment, long term side effect such as hypo or hyper-pigmentation and scar.
  

  The results are expressed as numbers, percent, range and average ± SD. The data were analyzed using excel program taking two tailed, “t” test, the probability level ≤ 0.05 as the lowest limit of significant difference between percentages and simple correlation test has also been calculated.
